Legal Action
If recovery cannot be brought about on a negotiated basis, lawsuit recommendations may be given to you with the required cost advances and fees. These vary depending upon the country and jurisdiction in which litigation is being brought.
We specialize in bringing large foreign collection claims (over $75,000) into federal courts, which we do throughout the United States, through either our affiliated law firm Bluestone Law International or our network of associated law firms.
Latin American Department
As our practice includes representing creditors with claims against companies and individuals located throughout Central America, South America and the Caribbean, we have a staff of native Spanish-speaking recovery managers, all of whom are attorneys admitted to practice law in their native Latin American countries. With offices in Santiago, Chile and Panama City, Panama, the firm is able to strengthen its management of commercial and retail debt recoveries in the region.
